He is an accomplished and highly entrepreneurial leader with expertise in a variety of fields building and leading multiple companies and not-for-profit organizations. Matt is known for his dynamic and passionate personality as well as his vision and creative problem solving skills.

As Managing Partner of Overland Property Group, he owns and runs one of the largest multi-family and senior affordable/market-rate development firms in the Midwest. That firm, has developed over a billion dollars in ground up real estate, spanning 80+ communities all while building an unmatched relationship driven culture winning many national awards. Through his leadership he has elevated the firm after his partners retired from a small family company to tremendous growth and increased sophistication, turning the company into a investment grade organization, tripling revenue within 2 years, while staying true to the long term relationships and culture that made the company so strong originally.

In addition to Overland Property Group, Matt has founded and/or led multiple companies and organizations spanning a wide array of industries: Gillam Companies, Boutique Retirement Company, Overland Construction Group, MJG Development, Quantium 5 Construction, Impact Development, Floatation Technologies, Kansas Housing Association.
